Join us on Tuesday, April 24 from 1:00-4:30pm for a free information literacy conference. IL Palooza 2018 will kick off with a hands-on Screencast-O-Matic workshop, followed by a showcase of the screencasts made in the workshop, a coffee break and then lighting strike sessions. It will be held at MacEwan University’s City Center Campus in room 7-202C (library lab).

What’s exciting you about instructions these days?
IL Palooza 2018, a free information literacy conference, will take place on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 from 1:00-4:30pm at MacEwan University’s John L. Haar Library. We welcome proposals on all subjects related to instruction – from projects to techniques to assessment and more! Please share a max. 200-word description including title, library or organization, and your name. A lightning strike will consists of a 10-minute presentation followed by a few minutes for questions.

IL Palooza 2018 will take place on Tuesday, April 24, 1:00PM-4:30PM, at MacEwan University’s City Centre Campus. IL Palooza is a free half-day information literacy conference.
The afternoon will start with a hands-on Screencast-O-Matic workshop [https://screencast-o-matic.com]. Using the free version of this tool, you will be able to quickly create screencasts and videos. The workshop will be followed by coffee and lightning strike talks. More details and registration to follow.
